Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Once your
order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Within the United States
Standard Tracked Shipping: 5–10 business days
Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days
Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx
Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. Every order includes tracking and delivery confirmation.
International Shipping
At this time, TORUXS™ primarily ships within the United States. International shipping may be
available in the future. Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply outside the United States and
are the responsibility of the customer.
Taxes & Duties
U.S. Customers: Sales tax is calculated at checkout when applicable. No additional duties will be
charged at delivery.
International Customers: Please check your country’s import regulations before ordering.
Undeliverable or Refused Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to
collect the package, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs or restocking fees.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders
If your order is lost, damaged, or not received within 10 business days after shipment (U.S.), please
